- Keycard access for residents only.
- Keycards are provided to homeowners that submit the Amenities User Agreement to the HOA office.
- Kitchenette available for resident use during private events.
- Flex Room-Homeowners may rent by the hour by completing the Flex Room Rental Form.
- Fitness Center- Access via Keycard. Open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Locker Rooms- Homeowners may register for a locker by emailing or visiting the HOA office in the Community Center.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Guest Passes may be purchased for payable by check and are good for five visits.

- THE LANDING CLUBHOUSE
- The Landing Bar & Grille has multiple dining areas from casual sport bar themed, finer dining and outdoor patio with a self service concessions stand (seperate hours of operation) for all of the back patio.

- GREAT Ballroom for large events
- Lower Level flax space for smaller gatherings
- Fully stocked Golf Shop with Plantation Lakes branded merchandise
- Residents will enjoy a clubhouse and restaurant, an additional Community Center and swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness centers.
